These Terms of Service govern your use of arabiancoffeemarket.com and purchases from Arabian Coffee Market. Product images may be illustrative, and colours or packaging may vary because of displays, manufacturer changes, or regional packaging. Check compatibility before ordering capsules, pods, accessories, spare parts, or machines. 4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in the store currency and any applicable taxes or charges are shown during checkout where required. Delivery charges are shown separately before payment. We may correct genuine pricing, description, or availability errors before accepting an order. Payment must be authorised using a payment method offered at checkout. We do not ask customers to pay outside the secure checkout process unless a separate arrangement is clearly requested and confirmed by the customer.

5. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch because of stock errors, payment or fraud concerns, delivery restrictions, obvious pricing errors, or legal requirements. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method. A purchase contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order, subject to mandatory law.

6. Availability and order limits
Products and quantities are subject to availability. We may apply reasonable quantity limits and may refuse orders that appear intended for unauthorised resale, fraud, abuse, or circumvention of purchase limits. We will not substitute a different product without the customer's agreement.

7. Delivery and pickup
Delivery and warehouse pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. Risk and ownership are addressed in the Shipping Policy and applicable law.

8. Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and the structured rules shown in your Shopify customer account where available. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, unsafe, damaged, incomplete, late, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed products.

9. Warranties and after-sales support
Any manufacturer warranty described on a product page or supplied with a product is provided on its stated terms and is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact us before arranging unauthorised repair or modification where doing so may affect diagnosis or a manufacturer's voluntary warranty. We will honour obligations that apply to us as the retailer under UAE consumer law.

10. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility, stock, and terms. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and cannot be applied retrospectively. We may cancel a promotion or code used fraudulently or contrary to its disclosed terms, without affecting completed lawful purchases.

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and other service providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean we control or endorse their content. These Terms and purchases from the store are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Courts with jurisdiction in Dubai may hear disputes, without depriving consumers of any mandatory right to use another competent authority, consumer-protection body, or court. 19. Severability and waiver
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
