SHIPPING POLICY

Arabian Coffee Market currently delivers online orders within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery options, prices, and estimates shown at checkout are based on the delivery address and the items in the order.
1. Delivery options and prices
Standard Delivery: AED 8. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days. Standard Delivery is free for orders of AED 70 or more after discounts and before any delivery charge.
Express Delivery: AED 15. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
The checkout total is authoritative. If Shopify displays a different applicable rate because of the destination, order value, product characteristics, or an approved promotion, the rate displayed before payment will apply. Delivery information on our website and in Google Merchant Center should be kept consistent with these checkout settings.
2. Service area
We currently ship to deliverable addresses in the United Arab Emirates only. We do not currently offer international delivery through online checkout. Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable or may require additional time; if we cannot deliver to the address provided, we will contact you before dispatch and offer an appropriate solution or refund.
3. Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are stated in business days and exclude UAE public holidays and exceptional closure days. The estimate begins after the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Orders may require additional time during public holidays, major promotions, severe weather, carrier disruptions, address verification, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will not promise a delivery date that differs from the estimate shown at checkout unless confirmed in writing.
4. Order processing and tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address or telephone number supplied at checkout. When tracking is available, shipment information will be sent after dispatch. Large coffee machines, fragile items, or orders containing multiple products may be delivered in separate packages without an additional delivery charge unless disclosed before payment.
5. Address accuracy and delivery attempts
Customers must provide a complete delivery address, accessible location, correct telephone number, and any relevant delivery instructions. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or repeatedly unattended, reasonable redelivery costs may be charged where permitted by law and will be disclosed before redelivery.
6. Warehouse pickup
Warehouse pickup may be offered at checkout for eligible orders. Pickup location: Arabian Coffee Market, Ras Al Khor Industrial 3, Ras Al Khor, Dubai, Dubai Municipality, United Arab Emirates. Please do not travel to the warehouse until you have received confirmation that the order is ready. Bring the order confirmation and identification matching the person authorised to collect the order. Pickup availability and preparation information shown at checkout or in the ready-for-pickup notification will apply.
7. Inspection, damage, and missing parcels
Check the parcel and products promptly after delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect product, contact us promptly at bradshaw-kylee29@outlook.com or +971 2 444 7879 with your order number and photographs where possible. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
8. Risk and ownership
Risk transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or an authorised recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Ownership transfers only after full payment has been received.
