RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Arabian Coffee Market at arabiancoffeemarket.com. Arabian Coffee Market is operated by Hamad Alghaithi from Ras Al Khor Industrial 3, Ras Al Khor, Dubai, Dubai Municipality, United Arab Emirates.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after the product is delivered. To start a return, contact us at bradshaw-kylee29@outlook.com or +971 2 444 7879 and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item.
2. Eligibility for change-of-mind returns
A change-of-mind return is eligible only when the item is unused, unassembled, uninstalled, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, seals, labels, and proof of purchase. Coffee beans, ground coffee, capsules, pods, and other consumable products must be unopened and factory sealed.
We may reasonably reduce or refuse a change-of-mind refund when an item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, is missing parts, is damaged after delivery, or cannot be resold for health, hygiene, safety, or food-quality reasons. These exclusions do not apply when an item is defective, damaged before delivery, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer rights.
3. Non-returnable items
The following are not accepted for change-of-mind returns: opened coffee, capsules, pods, food or consumable products; used or installed machines and accessories; gift cards; personalised or special-order products; and items marked final sale. Mandatory rights relating to defective, unsafe, damaged, incomplete, late, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
4. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered. For visible transit damage, contacting us within 48 hours with photographs of the product and packaging helps us investigate quickly, but this request does not limit rights available under applicable law. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will arrange repair, replacement, return, or refund without charging the customer for our error or a qualifying defect.
5. Return shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for secure, trackable return delivery to our Dubai address. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. When the return results from our error, a defect, transit damage, or a product that does not conform to the order, Arabian Coffee Market will provide or reimburse reasonable return delivery as required by applicable law. Do not send cash-on-delivery returns without written approval.

6. Refunds
We will inspect an approved return after it is received. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed approval, contact us. Any deduction for diminished value will be explained and will apply only where permitted by law.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. The fastest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved. Defective or incorrectly supplied items will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
8. Order cancellation
You may request cancellation while the order remains unfulfilled and has not entered processing or dispatch. Use the cancellation option in your customer account where available or contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the return rules above will apply after delivery.
9. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including rights relating to defective, unsafe, damaged, incomplete, late, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed goods.
